Students - Workplace readiness certification

The Workplace Readiness Certification is a short assessment that earns you the "Workplace Ready" badge employers can see.

What it covers

There are 25 questions across 5 domains: Professionalism & Conduct, Communication in the Workplace, Work Health & Safety Awareness, Teamwork & Reliability, and Digital & Financial Basics. The pass mark is 80%. The page invites you to "Answer every question to earn your badge", and you submit with "Submit assessment".

Retakes

If you do not pass, you can retake the certification after 24 hours. Once you have passed, it cannot be retaken.

What you earn

Passing gives you the "Workplace Ready" badge, shown to employers and on your public profile, plus 75 XP.

Workplace Ready is one of the employer-visible medals, so it is designed to be seen by employers. The certification covers everyday workplace expectations rather than job-specific skills, and every question must be answered before you submit.
