Students - Take the career assessment

The career assessment turns your answers into an archetype, three core quotients and a list of recommended career families.

What it covers

There are 8 sections — Aptitude, Personality, Emotional Intelligence, Adaptability, Interests, Values, Motivators, and Work Style & Life — with 39 questions in total.

How long it takes

Stage 1, "Quick Match", takes about 7 minutes and is described on screen as "Stage 1 ~7 minutes · No right or wrong answers · Be honest for the best match". The Stage 2 refinement modules are optional, take about 3–5 minutes each, and can be skipped: "Skipping won't hurt your matches…". Your progress saves automatically, so you can stop partway through and pick it up again later.

Your results

Results show your archetype, three core quotients (Cognitive/IQ, Emotional/EQ and Adaptability/AQ), Big Five traits and recommended career families. How much depth you see depends on how complete your profile is: Base at 0%, Silver at 50%, Gold at 80% and Platinum at 100%.

Retakes

You can retake the assessment after 30 days. Trying sooner returns "assessment can be retaken after 30 days". If a save fails you will see "Couldn't save your assessment" — stay on the page and try again.

Where it leads

"Careers → Careers for Me" ranks careers against your assessment. Before you have taken it, that page shows "Take the career assessment to see your ranked careers." Completing the assessment earns 75 XP.
