Employers - Talent search and weekly alerts
Talent search lets you look beyond the applicants for a single role, and weekly alerts bring new matches to your inbox.
Who can use talent search
Talent search is an Ultimate plan feature. On other plans you will see "Talent search is an Ultimate plan feature" with an "Upgrade to Ultimate" link.
Filters
Talent search filters include keyword, postcode plus distance (5/10/25/50 km), career category, graduation year, work type, work rights, education level, assessment scores and assessment profile. Combining filters narrows the list, and you can save a search to use it again.
Contacting candidates
Open a candidate to choose "Express interest", "Shortlist" or "Not a fit". Shortlisting a candidate also saves them to your shortlist. "Not a fit" excludes that student from future talent-search results by default.
Until a student has applied to one of your listings, or you express interest or shortlist them, their name shows as "First L." with the note "Name hidden — express interest to reveal full name and contact the candidate."
Weekly alerts
Weekly alerts run every Monday morning (AEST) and email up to 5 new matches to everyone in the organisation. You can have up to 3 active alerts: "You can have at most 3 active saved searches. Pause or delete one before creating a new alert." A saved search without an alert does not send emails, so turning the alert off keeps the search without the digest.
Still stuck?
Open the chat bubble with the search filters you used, the alert you are trying to manage, and whether you are on a phone or computer.
