Employers - Post and publish a job

Every new role starts as a draft, and publishing makes it live to students for 30 days.

Create a draft

Creating a job always saves a draft first, and you will see "Draft listing created". You can leave it and come back later, and drafts appear on your dashboard as action items for a role that is ready to publish.

If you have added business locations, you can tie a listing to one. The state, suburb and postcode come from that location, and a job cannot be created at an archived location.

Publish your listing

Publishing makes a listing live for 30 days. Publishing is free on the Annual plan within your 10-listing allowance, and on the Ultimate plan. On the pay-per-listing plan, each publish is charged $450. A verified ABN is required: "verify your business (ABN) before publishing a listing".

What students see

Live listings appear in student job feeds. Match scores rank the feed rather than hiding roles, so a listing with a lower score is still shown. If you edit a live listing, applicants are notified "The role details have been updated."

Featured is a $99 one-off per listing, incl. GST, and is available on any plan for a draft or a live listing. It boosts placement in student job feeds while your match score still drives ranking: "Your match score still drives the ranking, so the boost works with relevance, not against it." Featured never publishes a listing by itself.

What it costs

Pay per listing is $450 per listing with a 30-day live window. The Annual plan is $2,400/year or $250/month for up to 10 listings per year, and beyond 10 each extra listing is $350. The Ultimate plan is $4,800/year or $500/month with unlimited listings. The first 50 subscribers get $3,600/year locked for life.

Still stuck?

Open the chat bubble and tell us the job title, what happened when you tried to publish, and whether you are on a phone or computer.
