Employer - Plans, listing payments and billing

Employers pay per listing or by subscription, and all payment details are managed securely in the Stripe customer portal.

Pay per listing

Pay per listing is $450 per listing with a 30-day live window. Each publish is charged $450, and extending a live listing needs payment on this plan. This plan can contact up to 10 candidates per listing.

Annual

The Annual plan is $2,400/year or $250/month, covering up to 10 listings per year. Beyond 10, each extra listing is $350. Publishing is free within the 10-listing allowance. Annual adds logo, about, values, day-in-the-life and training & development to your public profile.

Ultimate

The Ultimate plan is $4,800/year or $500/month with unlimited listings plus talent search. The first 50 subscribers get $3,600/year locked for life. Ultimate adds the EVP video to your public profile.

Featured add-on

Featured is $99 one-off per listing, incl. GST. It is available on any plan, for a draft or a live listing, and it never publishes a listing by itself.

Managing billing

Billing is handled in the Stripe customer portal — "Update payment methods, view invoices, change plans, or cancel — all handled securely in the Stripe customer portal." Invoices are not shown in RooKi, and plan changes and cancellations both go through the portal. After cancelling, the plan shows "Active — canceling at period end". Renewal reminders are emailed 30 and 7 days ahead.

If a payment fails you will see "Your last payment failed. Update your payment method in Stripe to avoid losing access." Access continues while a plan is Past due, so there is time to update your payment method before anything stops.
