Employers - Review and manage applications
The applicant pipeline moves each person through clear stages, from New through to Hired.
Your pipeline
Open a listing and go to Applicants to see the columns: New, Suitable, Phone Screen, Interview, Hired and Not Progressed. Applicants are moved between columns from the applicant's drawer, so you can update a stage as soon as you have decided.
Arranging an interview
Moving an applicant to Interview asks for the interview details — date, time, location, video link and instructions — and the student is emailed. The interview details you enter are what the student receives, so it is worth checking the date and time before you save.
Rejecting an applicant
Rejecting asks for confirmation: "A rejection email will be sent to {name} in 24 hours. You can change this status at any time before then to cancel the email." This gives you 24 hours to change your mind, and the student's status can briefly still show Under Review in that window. Their statuses are Applied, Under Review, Interview, Hired, Unsuccessful and Withdrawn, and the latest statuses live on their Activity page.
Making contact
From the candidate drawer you can choose "Express interest", "Shortlist" or "Not a fit". Shortlisting a candidate also saves them to your shortlist. "Not a fit" excludes that student from future talent-search results by default.
Contact limits
The pay-per-listing plan can contact up to 10 candidates per listing. Annual and Ultimate have unlimited contacts. Over the cap you will see "contact limit reached for this listing — upgrade to Annual or Ultimate for unlimited contacts".
