Training providers - Plans and billing

Training provider plans are billed monthly or annually, with a 6-month minimum term, and all payment details are managed in Stripe.

Plans, caps and prices

Prices are in AUD, plus GST.

• Listed — $500/month or $5,000/year, up to 3 published programs and 1 career category.
• Featured — $1,000/month or $10,000/year, up to 10 published programs and 3 career categories.
• Premium — $1,500/month or $15,000/year, up to 10 published programs and 4 career categories.

Annual billing explains itself best in RooKi's own words: "Monthly billing is the default. Pay annually and get 2 months free (~17% saving). 6-month minimum term applies. Nothing is charged until you complete Stripe Checkout."

What each plan adds

Listed — training-finder placement, student enquiry leads, basic view and click counts, state-level targeting, quarterly analytics.

Featured — everything in Listed plus featured placement in search and on assessment results ("Featured Partner" badge), city targeting, monthly analytics.

Premium — everything in Featured plus priority placement, national targeting, the full analytics dashboard, psychometric breakdowns, daily trends, platform benchmarks, CSV/PDF export, and a monthly report.

Changing or cancelling a plan

Plan changes go through the Stripe portal. Cancellation unlocks there after the 6-month minimum term: "Cancellation unlocks after {date}." Once the term ends, "Your 6-month minimum term has ended — cancellation is available in Stripe."

Failed payments

"Your last payment failed. Update your payment method in Stripe to avoid losing access."
