Training providers - Create and publish training programs
Programs are what students find in training search, so it is worth knowing exactly what a program needs and how publishing works.
What a program needs
Required to save a program: name, qualification level, career category, delivery mode (face-to-face, online or blended), at least one location (an Australian state or remote), duration and description.
Optional fields: intake dates, entry requirements, cost & funding, closing date and external URL.
Program states
- Draft — private while you finish it.
- Published — visible to students on your public profile and in training search.
- Closed — a published program automatically shows as Closed after its closing date passes.
Only drafts can be deleted. A published program can be closed instead.
Publishing and plan limits
Publishing without an active plan returns "payment required to publish — choose a plan or complete checkout". Each plan caps how many programs can be published at once, and going over that cap returns "published program limit reached for this plan — upgrade your training provider subscription to publish more programs".
Career categories are limited by plan as well: "your plan allows n career categories — reduce your selection or upgrade your plan".
What students can do
From a published program page, students can see About, intake dates, entry requirements and cost & funding, and use the Save, Share and Enquire actions.
Still stuck?
Open the chat bubble and include the program name and the message you saw, plus whether you are on a phone or computer.
